



My bodywork practice is primarily focused on shiatsu blended with myofascial and cranial sacral modalities. Shiatsu is a modality that allows me to provide both a physical and energetic therapy.
Having a meditation practice and developing breath control in my yoga improves my rapport with clients and my ability to connect with their energy during bodywork sessions. My combined training also helps me teach stretching exercises to my bodywork clients that may be beneficial to their improved health.


I am currently teaching yoga classes at
Pilates Albuquerque, and I have taught at Yoga Now, at the Jewish Community Center, at the Albuquerque Academy of Yoga, and for Yoga Sacred and Simple. I teach beginning through advanced students in classes ranging from relaxing and restorative to more intense strength-oriented workouts.


Prana is a sanskrit word that is similar in meaning to chi (qi or ki) in that it referes to vital life energy and is directly conneted to the breath. By working with and focusing on the breath, life force can be improved and strengthened. It is this belief that I take into all my work.
